Our approach
GTI prepared a five-year comparison between renewing the two physical infrastructures and moving to a centralized cloud platform.
The study covered the investments required, the hosting, the preparation, the migration and the support during the transition.
The project
The client opted for a Microsoft Azure multiservice cloud infrastructure. The new environment was configured in parallel with the existing system to avoid any interruption of clinic services.
Preparation, migration and quality control were carried out over a period of one month.
